European property and casualty insurance run-off group Marco Capital Holdings Limited (Marco) completes the acquisition of Benteler Reinsurance Company DAC (Benteler Re) from the Austria-headquartered Benteler Group.
The transaction has received all required regulatory approvals and is now closed.
Based in Dublin, Benteler Re is a non-life insurance captive in run-off.
