Alliant Insurance Services (Alliant) has appointed James Spears as senior vice president within its Alliant Americas division in Kansas City, Missouri.
In his new role, Spears will focus on the design and delivery of insurance solutions that address existing and emerging industry risks and exposures.
Spears brings more than 15 years of experience in property and casualty, and risk management to the role.
He joins Alliant from Gallagher, where he was area vice president, based in Kansas City.
