Jeff Fitzgerald has rejoined Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS) as managing director of SRS Benefit Partners, the company’s new employee benefit division.
The division will support the establishment and growth of group and individual employee benefit programmes.
Based in South Carolina, Fitzgerald previously served as SRS’ associate director from 2008-2012. He rejoins the company from Innovative Captive Strategies, where he was vice president – employee benefits.
Fitzgerald has more than 17 years’ experience in group and individual self-funded employee benefits captives.
SRS’ CEO Brady Young comments: “We continue to see significant growth in the use of group captives with demand from our partners for enhanced capabilities in development, programme support and education."
