The Asian Captive Conference has opened for registration.
The conference returns for its sixth year as an in-person event on 7 September at Sime Darby Convention Centre, Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia.
It is a collaboration between the Labuan International Insurance Association (LIIA) and the Labuan International Business and Financial Centre (IBFC).
The event, named “The Connected Risk Journey in Self-Insurance”, aims to help risk professionals navigate their risk journey at touchpoints in the changing risk landscape.
The conference will discuss International Financial Reporting Standards 17 requirements and its related impact on self-insurance, while exploring key considerations and strategies related to various self-insurance models.
