Japan Post Insurance, KKR and Global Atlantic have partnered to enhance their business portfolios.
Japan Post Insurance and Global Atlantic are life insurance companies. KKR is a global investment firm offering alternative asset management.
As part of the mandate, Japan Post Insurance will invest in a reinsurance co-investment vehicle sponsored by Global Atlantic.
The partnership is Japan Post Insurance’s first international venture.
KKR and Global Atlantic have joined the partnership in an effort to enhance their commitments to Japan, as well as their global insurance strategies to deliver both asset management and reinsurance solutions to their insurance clients.
