Axis Capital Holdings has appointed Rebecca O’Kill as chief data and analytics officer. O’Kill will be based in London and will report to Dan Draper, AXIS chief underwriting officer.
In her new role, O’Kill will drive global data strategy and governance across AXIS, oversee the company’s analytics operating model and partner with the business to deliver business intelligence and insights that help support the underwriting process.
O’Kill has more than 15 years’ experience with insurance company Beazley, where she held a series of leadership roles with increasing responsibility including interim chief data officer and head of actuarial analytics.
