Hylant has acquired moving and storage industry insurance firm Aegis Insurance Services. The company now operates as Aegis Insurance Services, powered by Hylant.
Current employees of Aegis will join the Hylant team, including CEO Barbara Stevens, president Scott Stevents, executive vice president John Bilton and chief operating officer Pattie Keys.
