WKFC Underwriting Managers (WKFC) has promoted senior leaders Ravi Singhvi to president and Joan Bauer to chief operating officer with immediate effect.
Singhvi joined the managing general underwriting firm in 2018, he takes on his new role from his previous position as COO.
Prior to WKFC, Ravi served as vice president of analytics at Gallagher from 2011 to 2018. He began his insurance career at NAPCO where he worked from 2001 to 2011.
Bauer has been with WKFC since 2010, initially training as an underwriter under WKFC CEO Dawn D’Onofrio.
According to WKFC, Bauer has been instrumental in the implementation of new initiatives and programmes, as well as facilitating improvements between underwriters, management and development teams.
Prior to WKFC, Bauer was a property broker for global specialty insurance distributor Amwins.
