Align Risk Solutions (Align) has appointed Derek Taylor as the managing director of its Arizona-based team.
Taylor has more than 10 years of experience in the captive insurance field. Beginning his career at Artex Risk Solutions, he most recently served as vice president of Artex’s Arizona division.
During his tenure at the company, Taylor created a new bookkeeping department, oversaw the management of over 600 captive insurance companies, and managed a risk-pool with more than US$180 million in premium.
