Hylant Global Captive Solutions (HGCS) has announced the addition of Leane Rafalko as a senior captive consultant, to support its growth in North Carolina and its entire HGCS practice.
Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, Rafalko initially joined the firm in 2001, serving in a range of roles over this period including insurance company examiner manager and, most recently, chief captive analyst at the North Carolina Department of Insurance.
Speaking on the announcement, Rafalko says: “After spending more than 21 years at the North Carolina Department of Insurance, I am thrilled to join a leading team of captive professionals at Hylant to continue their growth in North Carolina and beyond.”
