Aon adds to captive employee benefits team
Aon has appointed Alina Shats as global benefits senior consultant in its captive employee benefit services segment.
The newly-launched team uses benchmarking data, proprietary actuarial tools and data analytics to provide bespoke benefit solutions to professional service firms.
Shats previously served as international employee benefits consultant at WTW, a role she held since August 2017.
Before this, she was assistant to the deputy commercial director at TSUM Moscow, as well as completing an internship at Rosbank.
In February, Aon appointed Sven Roelandt as global leader of captive employee benefits services in the newly-created global team.
