The Captive Insurance Companies Association (CICA) has revealed former World Champion triathlete and coach Siri Lindley as the keynote speaker for its 2022 International Conference.
Lindley’s speech will be centred around the themes of resilience and authenticity in the context of an emerging post-pandemic world.
Announcing Lindley as keynote speaker, CICA says: “Siri brings the skills of resilience and creating a new path to organisations by helping them develop high-performance cultures where team members and leaders maintain their authenticity and resilience.
“Siri shows how leaders can ignite and then foster a true team where members are encouraged to be bold without fear of embarrassment or rebuke, and how to continuously reveal and harness the best abilities in everyone.”
CICA president Dan Towle comments: “As we head into what looks like year three of dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, we are all feeling a little worn down in spite of the positive growth we have seen in the captive industry.
“We are excited to have Siri Lindley as our keynote speaker. Her energy, enthusiasm and strategies for creating a high performance team culture are truly inspiring.”
The announcement follows CICA’s recent expansion of conference exhibition space due to increased demand.
CICA’s 2022 International Conference will take place on 6-8 March at the JW Marriott Starr Pass Hotel and Spa in Tucson, Arizona.
