Atlas Insurance Management has appointed David Dougherty as captive producer.
In his new role, Dougherty is responsible for communicating with captive agents and consultants to develop alternative solutions to insurance problems.
Atlas is a leading insurance management firm specialising in innovative risk financing strategies, including the creation of captive insurance structures.
Dougherty previously served as business development specialist at National Interstate Insurance Company, where he was responsible for cultivating the firm’s group captive programmes and building creative single-parent captives that fit the bespoke needs of insureds.
Other previous roles include marketing analyst at Bennett Adelson.
