Aon has appointed Joe Sergio Jackson as senior managing director of the US team at Aon Reinsurance Solutions.
Based in the New York office of the risk, retirement and health solutions firm, Jackson will be responsible for regional and global property accounts, as well as segments of casualty and retrocession insurance businesses.
Jackson will report to Greggory Clark and Randy Stanco, executive managing director and senior managing director of Aon Reinsurance Solutions respectively.
He previously served as reinsurance broker at TigerRisk Partners, a risk, capital and strategic advisory firm to global insurance and reinsurance industries.
Before this, Jackson also served as a reinsurance broker at Benfield, which became Aon Benfield and later Aon Reinsurance Solutions,
