In his new role at automotive safety supplier Autoliv, Rodert will assume responsibility for the company’s global insurance programme, including financial lines insurances and business interruption.
Meanwhile, for captive management, he will oversee claims management and reinsurance, as well as manage external partners.
Rodert previously served as senior insurance manager at Skanska, a construction and development company based in Sweden, where he worked on the firm’s global insurance programme and European captive.
He also currently serves as vice president and representative from Sweden in the European Captive Committee for the Federation of European Risk Management Associations.
Rodert comments: "I am very excited about the new position at Autoliv, for the interesting challenges and exciting areas that come from working in an international environment. The people I have met so far that will become my new colleagues all seem great to work with and I am looking forward to getting started in September."
