The team of 14 joins GRS in London and will provide additional expertise and capabilities across the business, and enhancing GRS' Complex Claims Solutions (CCS) operation.

The new team will be led by Adam Humphrey, who will be CEO of CCS International and George Pooley, who will lead the renewable energy solutions.

Before joining GRS, he was a board director at Advanta Global Services, where he managed complex energy, construction, renewables and property losses. Before that, he held senior loss adjusting roles at Integra Technical Services and Cunningham Lindsey International.

During his career, Pooley has focused exclusively on adjusting complex renewable energy claims internationally.

Mike Reeves, GRS’ major and complex loss executive, who leads CCS, says: “We are delighted to welcome Adam Humphrey, George Pooley and the team to GRS.”
