WRCIC ‘moves forward’ with plans for June event

The Western Region Captive Insurance Conference (WRCIC) board from Arizona, Missouri, Nevada, and Utah has revealed it is “moving forward” with plans for its 11th annual event.

The conference will be held between 14 and 16 June 2021 at the Little America Hotel in Downtown Salt Lake City.

The event, 2021 A New Vision - On Your Captive, will focus on the new world we are living in, according to the organisers.

Last year’s event was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Although plans continue to move forward, the board highlights that it will continue to monitor and assess the safety of an in-person event and will keep all registered attendees and sponsors updated as the summer approaches.

“Many sponsors and attendees are currently registered and support the summer event with great optimism and a positive eye towards attending and participating,” WRCIC notes.

The board says it commits to “working vigorously on a safe event and assures all sponsors and registrants that they are keeping on top of all safety data and guidance issued”.
