MAXIS Global Benefits Network (MAXIS GBN) has appointed David Watts as its new director of member management, the business’ dedicated network management team.
Watts, who currently serves as a senior business development executive at MAXIS GBN, will transition to his new role on 1 July 2020.
As director of member management, Watts will report to Jérôme Picon, head of finance and operations.
Watts has over 25 years’ experience in the global employee benefits industry.
In 2002, Watts joined AIG Global Benefits Network working as an account manager on the European sales team, before progressing to the account executive role in 2007.
He has also held roles as a corporate benefits advisor and as a personal financial advisor within the UK employee benefits market.
Picon said: “During his time in the business development team, David [Watts] has developed a strong understanding of our network’s structure, operations and members. Since 2010, he has successfully managed a portfolio of some of MAXIS GBN’s largest global captive programmes.”
“His technical understanding combined with his ability to form strong relationships will serve him very well in his new role,” he added.
