Cyanotech welcomes David Mulder
David Mulder, chairman of the board and president of Hawaiian captive insurance company FreSeguro, has been named a director of Cyanotech Corporation.
Mulder will replace Ralph Carlton, who has resigned from the role at Cyanotech, which develops microalgae technology.
Michael Davis, chairman of Cyanotech’s board, said: “With his broad and varied experience and expertise, David Mulder joins our board at an opportune time as we continue to ramp up Cyanotech’s strategic focus on our own branded products.”
