A.M. Best appoints William Mills
A.M. Best has appointed William Mills as director of market development for Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Mills will be based in the firm’s London office and report to Nick Charteris-Black, managing director of market development for the EMEA region.
He will be responsible for developing its profile in European markets, including the origination of new rating assignments and managing existing client relationships.
Mills has more than 30 years of experience in the reinsurance industry. Prior to his new role, he served at Standard & Poor's, where he spent 15 years in a commercial role, most recently as a director in client business management.
