ACE Group has promoted Gary Jack to country president for South Africa.
Jack is currently COO in South Africa. In his new role, he will be responsible for managing the performance, strategy and development of all ACE’s property and casualty consumer lines business in South Africa.
He will be based in ACE’s Sandton office and will report to Giles Ward, regional president of Eurasia and Africa.
Jack has 15 years of industry experience, including serving at ACE for seven years.
Ward commented: “Over the past three years, Jack has been very closely involved in the development of the expanded product capability and clear strategy that we now have in place in South Africa.”
