Guy Carpenter & Company has appointed Matthew Eagle as managing director and head of international analytics.
Eagle, who has experience in the reinsurance sector, will be joining the firm’s London office on 1 August. In his new role he will be responsible for providing resource leadership across the Europe, the Middle East, Africa and AsiaPac regions, with a focus on developing a market-leading catastrophe modelling and analytics proposition.
He joined Willis Re in 2010, where he was most recently head of catastrophe analytics and a regional director of Willis Re International.
