JLT Towner strengthens captive team

JLT Towner Insurance Management has hired three new captive insurance and accounting professionals.

Dustin Partlow has been named senior account manager and will work from JLT Towner’s national headquarters in Burlington, Vermont.

Partlow has been an audit manager primarily of alternative risk-financing companies during the past six years.

Most recently he managed a team for Johnson Lambert, overseeing audits of captive insurance companies, risk retention groups, reciprocals and government risk pools.

Jacqueline Dante and Richard Codling have also been named account managers.

Dante graduated has a decade’s experience in accounting and business management and most recently worked for MIL Corporation, where she provided accounting and reporting for the US Department of State’s worldwide fixed assets.

Dante will work from JLT Towner’s South Carolina office.

Codling has spent more than 25 years providing accounting services, most recently as a captive insurance account administrator for Marsh Management Services.

He was responsible for providing captive insurance accounting services for eight to 10 clients.

Codling will also work from JLT Towner’s Burlington office.

“JLT Towner has experienced steady growth, necessitating the need to hire additional professionals to service our growing client base,” said Guy Ragosta, principal and CEO of the company.

“I’m confident our clients will find we have added three very qualified individuals to our staff.”
