Liberty Mutual Insurance has appointed Natalie Briggs and Ian Floyd as senior claims specialists, in its London and Manchester offices.
Briggs will report to Nikki Barrett-Brown, UK casualty claims manager. Briggs has more than 20 years of claims experience and joins from claims solution provider Davies Managed Systems.
Floyd joins claims staff Dawne Chandler and Marissa Ellison-Smith. He previously served at Robin Claims Solutions as a technical quality and audit manager and holds 28 years of claims experience.
