SRS gives the people what they want

Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS), a provider of captive management and consulting services, has maintained its high overall customer satisfaction rating, even showing a marginal improvement over its high ratings from prior years.

The survey produced an average customer satisfaction rating of 4.97 on a scale of 1 to 5 (very dissatisfied to very satisfied). This was an increase from a 4.93 rating in last year's survey.

The survey had a larger number of respondents than any of SRS's prior annual customer surveys.

Brady Young, president of SRS, said: "We had a very good year in 2013 with solid growth across all domiciles and sectors. However, what really matters is the service provided to clients and we are extremely pleased with the results of the survey. To continue to achieve this level of result with an expanded client base speaks to the depth and quality of our staff and the firm-wide professional standards we have put in place.”

“The consistency of the results across all domiciles and offices and from our consulting business is particularly pleasing. The feedback we get from our clients and their assessment of our performance is very important to me and the other leaders of the firm. We don't take this for granted and are continuously trying to refine our services and delivery model and make improvements where possible", added Young.

In addition to improved overall customer satisfaction ratings, improvements were seen in the ratings for captive management services, the quality of staff and captive consulting and advisory services.
