Randall and Quilter strengthens US captive operations

Randall and Quilter has promoted Rod Morris to CEO of R&Q Quest USA as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen its captive operations in the US market.

Following his appointment, Morris will be responsible for business development and improving the efficiency of customer relations. Richard Marshall will move from president to chairman of Quest USA and will continue to oversee existing client accounts.

In addition to Morris’s appointment, Brian Adams will join R&Q Solutions as a business development executive, within its healthcare insurance management business. He joins from Kane, prior to which he was at Fidelity Investments.

Tim Riddell, CEO of captives and US insurance services at R&Q, said: “The appointments of Morris and Adams underline our continued commitment to invest in the growth of our captive business in the US.”

“R&Q is actively engaged in developing a number of onshore captive opportunities in the USA, with a particular focus on the healthcare industry. Under Morris’s leadership we look forward to building on the strength of our existing platform and bringing our offering to new clients.”
