Kieran Angelini-Hurll joins Miller

Miller has appointed Kieran Angelini-Hurll to help drive the expansion of its non-marine treaty reinsurance offering and international development in particular.

James Geffen, head of reinsurance, said: “Kieran is a senior and respected property market figure. I am delighted that he has joined us and look forward to his contribution to our reinsurance vision.”

Simon Weaver, head of Asia at Miller, said: “Kieran has a wealth of experience in regions that we have earmarked for further growth. The team in Asia and I look forward to working with him to make inroads into these markets.”

Before joining Miller, Kieran worked at Willis Re for 20 years, most recently as a regional director, leading three offices. He has extensive experience of producing and broking property treaty reinsurance in a range of territories including the Middle East and South East Asia, having spent six years in Singapore.

Based in London, Kieran will drive Miller’s non-marine international treaty reinsurance strategy, co-lead its property treaty reinsurance development with Adrian Stewart and contribute to Miller’s overall development internationally.
