The ACE Group has enhanced its web-based portal, ACE Worldview, to provide clients and their brokers with claims information for clients’ multinational insurance programmes with ACE.
Claims financial information will initially be available for clients who finance risk with their own captive insurance companies and will be expanded to include other multinational insurance programmes over the next year.
The information available will include aggregate and individual claim data, such as paid losses, expenses and reserves.
Tim Benson, senior vice president of ACE’s multinational client group, said: “ providing claims information through worldview is the most significant milestone since the portal’s launch nearly three years ago.”
“Together with worldview’s existing features, including access to policy documents issued around the world, as well as status, activity and billing information for each programme, clients will have the key tools they need to monitor, measure and report information on their global insurance programmes with ACE.”
