Xchanging has announced a number of promotions and appointments to its claim services business, Xchanging Claims Services (XCS).
Mark Sullivan has been appointed chief adjuster for reinsurance and will combine this with his existing position as head of delegated lead.
Andy Campbell will be joining the firm to support Sullivan as his deputy. He currently holds the role of head of quality for XCS.
Finally Steve Woolford has been promoted to the role of technical head 1st party.
Max Pell, managing director of Xchanging’s UK insurance business, said: “We are delighted to announce these changes which have out in place some highly experienced individuals within the adjusting function of XCS.”
“These changes will ensure that we maintain the right level and mix of staff to meet our contractual obligations and to ensure quality and service level outputs are in line with customer demand and expectations.”
