The American Society of Workers Comp Professionals (AMCOMP) has named president and founder of Demotech, Joseph Petrelli, as an alternate on its board of directors.
AMCOMP acts as an insurance information resource for issues that affect the area of workers compensation. To help ensure appropriate representation the board of directors includes leading professionals related to the field.
Petrelli has more than 40 years of experience in responsible property and casualty actuarial and financial analysis. He also has extensive experience with loss and loss adjustment expense reserve evaluation, product development, and pricing for property and casualty and title insurance products as well as expertise with loss cost filings, financial stability ratings and merger and acquisition valuations.
