Delaware insurance commissioner re-elected
It has been reported that Karen Weldin Stewart has been re-elected to a second term as Delaware’s insurance commissioner on Tuesday 6 November.
Stewart was first elected as Delaware’s insurance commissioner in 2008.
In August this year she transferred $250,000 in excess captive revenue to the city of Wilmington with the hopes of drawing new captive insurance business to the state of Delaware.
